The Foschini Group is a fast growing retail brand in Africa. From female fashion to home and lifestyle, they build brands that consumers love.
With a staff contingent of over 5000 employees it was important for The Foschini Group to share their brand values with their employees in an innovative, never been done before way.
We started with the Inclusive Story Workshop to embedd the TFG’s coperate values using the storytelling and filmmaking process.
We then turned their sensitivity training into a four part Whatsapp drama.
Here TFG employees would experience “in real time” situations unfold within their in store whats-app groups and find solutiond using their coperate values.
