Kutlwano is a leading Trans-Media storytelling producer, and head of operations.
Kutlwano has a BA in Motion Picture from AFDA, as well as certificates in leadership from the Entrepreneurship Track, with Unisa and YALI (Young African Leaders Initiave) and regional Leadership Center, SA. She also holds a certificate in ‘How to start and manage a small business’ from the University of Cape Town. Kutlwano is currently a Candidate for Masters in Arts and Cultural Management, Luneburg University, Germany. She is a Cherie Blair Foundation for Women Fellow.
With over 14 years of cutting-edge production and operations experience that fuse creativity and science, she keeps an eye on both the creative and business side of Brainbow Conscious Creatives.
Kutlwano is married to musician Keke Mabusela or kekelingo as known by his fans. (member of the Muffinz & a solos artist). They have just welcomed their baby girl in April 2021.
Kutlwano is a cinematographer by trade and has worked on a multitude of television shows, short films, TVCs and documentaries. She is currently the cinematographer at the William Kentridge Centre for the Less Good Idea; Maboneng JHB.
Kutlwano loves creating space for young creatives. She lectures at The Academy of Sound Engineering Johannesburg.
